Peanut Sauce

Sweet and savory two peanut sauce recipes that you can use for Pad Thai, salads, salad rolls, and so much more!

Original Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Tbsp Betty Lou’s powdered peanut butter
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce.

Preparation

  1. Mix powdered peanut butter in a small bowl with the soy sauce, agave, and hot sauce.

Makes ¼ cup dipping sauce

Sesame Ginger Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Tbsp Betty Lou’s powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ Tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp agave syrup
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ¼ tsp finely minced ginger
  • ¼ tsp finely minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp water, or to desired consistency

Preparation

  1. Mix powdered peanut butter in a small bowl with the sesame oil, soy sauce, agave, hot sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Gradually mix in the water to desired consistency.

Makes ¼ cup dipping sauce
