Orders

We use UPS and USPS deliver your order. Orders are shipped from Betty Lou’s located in McMinnville, Oregon. Shipments returned or shipped to a wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided at the time of ordering, will require an additional charge to reship.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or errors caused by the carrier that are beyond our control.

For retail customers, we only accept orders that can be shipped to an address within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Options

During checkout, you will see available delivery options for the address you specify. Choose the option that is best for you, and we'll get your order packed and on its way. For retail customers, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping (1-8 business days; not available for Alaska and Hawaii)

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 10:00 pm PST. If your order was placed after 10:00 pm PST it will be processed on the next business day (not including weekends or holidays).

Standard Shipping orders typically arrive in 1-8 business days.

Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, during the months of May through mid-October, not all shipping options are available.  See "Warm Weather Shipping" for more details.

If you don’t see a shipping method available on our website that you prefer to use (i.e. Rush shipping option), please contact us, and we’ll do what we can to accommodate your request.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some of our heat-sensitive products that contain chocolate melt. During the months of May through mid-October these products are shipped using insulated packaging with reusable ice packs, and shipped via 2-day delivery, for an additional cost.

We do our best to ship your order quickly and cool enough to prevent the chocolate from melting.

Please immediately accept all shipments and store in a cool, dry place. However, if the shipment is refused, we can’t guarantee that the chocolate will not melt. If you find your package was damaged during transit, please contact the carrier. We’ll settle any damage disputes with our carrier and will gladly replace damaged product.

Shipping: orders are shipped from Betty Lou’s located in McMinnville, Oregon. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday to most residential addresses, and Monday through Thursday to most business addresses.

Your order may be delayed to the next business day if it will be in transit more than three days (over a weekend or holiday).

Return Policy

We’re 100% committed to customer satisfaction. We strive to offer you quality, healthy, all-natural, gluten-free products, however, we understand you may not be satisfied with your online product purchase. Please contact us immediately at orders@bettylousinc.com or call us at 1-800-242-5205 for us to assist you with your return.

  • You may return any item along with your proof of purchase, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same credit card with which the order was purchased.
