Shipping Locations
Betty Lou’s, Inc. currently ships orders within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bettylousinc.com or via phone at (503) 434-5205. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are food items, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has left our facility. However, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If you experience any issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, damaged products, or quality concerns — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bettylousinc.com or (503)434-5205.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or return authorization depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, we may issue a return shipping label to have the product sent back to us for inspection. If a return is required, items must be returned in their original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund or replacement after reviewing the situation.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
